Its important to understand the risks of being in direct contact with anyone age 65 or older 14 days after participating in a sports event. The virus that causes COVID-19 is still circulating in our communities.  We should continue to observe practices that protect everyone, including those that are most vulnerable.

These masks are to be worn at all times while in the facility. All Excel staff will also wear masks while in the facility. This will not include team bench personnel such as players and coaching staff during games but bench personnel WILL BE REQUIRED to wear masks between games and when entering the facility.

Within these 10 member groups please minimize in-person contact with others not in the individuals household. Shaking hands and fist bumps between players after each games conclusion will not be permitted. All facilities will be set up to help with these requirements.
Bleachers will have 6 feet of separation. Please sit with your group per bleacher and prohibit sitting with other teams and their supporters.

Basketballs will also be disinfected before each game and at half time of each event. Benches will be disinfected between games. Hand Sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, soap and water, and other disinfectants will be readily available at all facilities. We strongly encourage every body involved in the event to sanitize on a regular basis.  Coaches have your players sanitize as they come off the floor and as they check into game. Also remind your players to avoid touching nose and mouth areas if possible while on floor.
TOUCH-LESS TEMPERATURE CHECKS:  All Players, Coaches, and Spectators will be administered mandatory Touch-Less Temperature Checks at check in of their first games. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your first game to give enough time for this to be administered.

We also encourage attendees to report people that might be displaying symptoms to Excel or Facility staff.  We also strongly suggest that anybody showing symptoms before the event not to attend in order to ensure the safety of the rest of the population.  Touch-less Thermometers will be available at all Excel Venues.  COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

Players and Coaches will be allowed back in building no earlier than 20 minutes before next game time. Spectators will not be permitted until 5 minutes before scheduled game.
